This FAQ is deliberately precise. It’s meant to challenge a local chatbot’s retrieval accuracy and reduce “hallucinated” answers.

What are the office hours for the admissions office?
Mon–Fri, 8:00–16:30. Email admissions@evergreen.example or call (555) 012-3456.
How long does it take to process transcripts?
Registrar processing time is 3–5 business days. Email registrar@evergreen.example.
What is the earliest drop-off time?
North Campus drop-off begins at 7:40. South Campus drop-off begins at 7:50.
When is the financial aid deadline?
Returning families: February 15. New applicants: March 1.
When are tours offered?
Tue/Thu at 9:30 and select Saturdays at 10:00. Tours are booked through Admissions.
What attendance threshold is required for athletics or performances?
Students must be present for at least 70% of the school day to participate that afternoon.

Maker Studio

When is Open Lab for Grades 6–8?
Wednesdays, 15:30–17:00, after students earn their safety badge.

Libraries

Does the South Campus library stay open later during exam weeks?
Yes. During exam weeks it extends to 18:00.

Early Release

What time is dismissal on early release days?
North dismisses at 12:15; South dismisses at 12:30.

Mini Glossary

Office Hours (Upper School)

A structured support period during lunch used for extra help, advisories, and club meetings.

Learning Lab

Targeted academic support. For Grades 6–12 it runs Tue–Thu 15:15–17:00.

Capstone Research

A Grade 12 project that culminates in a public presentation and a written thesis-style paper.
