Application Steps
1) Inquiry
Submit the inquiry form to receive access to the admissions portal and upcoming tour dates.
Response time: within 1 business day during the school year.
2) Tour & Conversation
Tours run Tue/Thu at 9:30 and select Saturdays at 10:00.
- North Campus tours focus on K–8 classrooms.
- South Campus tours include lab spaces and the Research Commons.
3) Submit Application
- Application fee: $75
- Teacher recommendations: 2 (English + Math for Grades 6–12)
- Student essay: Grades 6–12 only
Grades K–2 use play-based observation instead of formal testing.
4) Decision
Decisions are released on a rolling basis after the main decision date.
Main decision release: March 20 (typical year).

Financial Aid (Need-Based)
How It Works
Aid awards are based on household income, assets, and family circumstances. Evergreen does not offer merit scholarships.
- Average award: 38% of tuition (need-based recipients)
- Awards are renewed annually (re-apply each year)
What to Submit
- Financial aid application (portal)
- Most recent tax return
- W-2/1099 forms
- Optional: letter of context for special circumstances
Important Rule
Late aid applications are reviewed only if funds remain after on-time applicants are awarded.
Deadline: February 15 (returning), March 1 (new)
Tuition & Payment Options
Payment plans are available in 1, 2, 10, or 12 installments. A small processing fee applies to monthly plans.
Enrollment Deposit
- K–8: $1,250
- 9–12: $1,500
- Applied to tuition; non-refundable after May 1
Refund Summary
- Withdrawal before July 1: 90% tuition refunded
- July 1–August 15: 50% tuition refunded
- After August 15: no tuition refund

Sibling tuition discount: 8% off tuition for the younger sibling(s), not stackable with other discounts.
